Bob Barton and his partner, Texas Malden, are reaping rich rewards from a strip of land they've leased to miners working gold claims. But when Malden is killed by Fox Tyson, a henchman of Ace Brady, Bob is framed for the murder and hunted by the sheriff and his posse. With his own niece, Alice, believing he's guilty, Bob must escape and clear his name.
