Popeye and his team of thieves travel to Macau for a job, only to discover their leader, Macau Park, is behind the heist, seeking revenge. Macau Park has brought in Chinese thieves, but Popeye brings in Pepsi, a skilled safe-cracker and former flame, to settle the score. The team targets a $20 million diamond, but each has their own agenda, leading to a thrilling battle for the treasure.
