A young Gascon named D'Artagnan sets out to join the king's Musketeers, but first must prove himself by fighting alongside three of the most skilled and respected Musketeers, Porthos, Aramis, and Athos, as they battle to protect France and a noble lady from the schemes of the cunning Cardinal Richelieu.
