Lash and Fuzzy are tasked with escorting the new Governor to Capitol City, but their mission is threatened by West and his outlaw gang. After a failed initial attempt, Lash discovers that the Governor's servant, who is believed to be deaf and mute, is secretly working as an informant for the gang. In response, Lash sets a trap to take down the outlaws.
