Ronald's birthday celebration takes a surprising turn when Hamburglar, feeling left out, invites friends to his fake amusement park, "Birthday World", run by the sinister Professor Pinchworm. Initially thrilled, the group soon discovers they're trapped and the rides are poorly designed. But things take a bizarre turn when they ride a rollercoaster that transforms them into babies. Franklin and Tika are left in diapers, and they must navigate their new, helpless state to find a way to reverse the spell and regain their adult forms.
