Stranded in the middle of the sea, a group of six friends finds themselves at the mercy of a sinister crew of watermen who prey on unsuspecting victims to harvest their flesh and create bait. After their yacht is sabotaged, the group is rescued by a trawler crew, only to be drugged and left for dead on a mysterious island. As they regain consciousness, they realize they must use all their wits and strength to outsmart and overpower their sadistic captors in a desperate bid to survive.
