Two elderly ex-cons, Harry and Archie, are released from prison and look forward to collecting their Social Security benefits. However, their golden years take a turn for the worse as they navigate a series of misadventures. Their parole officer, a notorious groupie of infamous criminals, misleads them into a world of danger. The duo finds themselves in a dead-end situation, unaware that they're dealing with ruthless, albeit aged, criminals. To make matters worse, a visually impaired hitman is still on their tail, determined to complete his contract on them. And to top it all off, they're forced to confront the question: do people still rob trains?
