Navy SEAL Sniper Dave Hall and LA Artist Ellwood T. Risk created a work of art inspired by a target shot 79 times from 911 yards on 9/11/2012. The film documents the journey of an injured SEAL who wants to relive the day, as well as the stories of the fallen told by their families. Along the way, it meets a retired Navy SEAL Lieutenant who survived a near-fatal shooting, a civilian couple who purchased the art, a 17-year-old aspiring Navy SEAL, and an NYPD Officer whose best friends were killed on 9/11.
