In 1970s Hollywood, actress Jasmine Lee from Hong Kong pursues stardom, but ancient mutant samurai vampires seek to steal her unknown powers. Two down-and-out private investigators, played by Scott Shaw and Kevin Thompson, become her only hope for protection.
