Tom Zarówny, known as "The Neck", is left alone in his hometown after their adventures in the provinces, while his friends scatter around the world. He continues to work on the highway, where he coincidentally meets Clementina, a secret agent, who kidnaps him for a few days and takes him to Warsaw.
