Aaron Parrish was born and raised in the vibrant city of Detroit, Michigan, where his passion for performing was evident from a very young age. As a child, he was fascinated by the dance moves and showmanship of the legendary Michael Jackson, which inspired him to land his first commercial for Buddy's Pizza, impersonating the King of Pop.
As he entered his teenage years, Aaron's interest in dance led him to take up tap and jazz, and he later attended Cass Technical High School, where he honed his skills by performing in numerous dramatic and musical productions. During his time at Cass, Aaron held the esteemed position of President of the Performing Arts Guild and was also a member of the esteemed Reader's Theater.
Aaron's impressive resume continued to grow as he appeared in the late singer Aaliyah's music video, "Age Ain't Nothin' but a Number", during his senior year. After graduating from Cass, Aaron went on to study drama at the prestigious North Carolina School of the Arts for four years, where he refined his craft and prepared himself for a career in the performing arts.
Upon leaving NCSA, Aaron relocated to the city that never sleeps, New York City, where he was featured in another music video by gospel hip-hop artist, BB Jay. He also tested his vocal abilities as a contestant on the long-running Amateur Night on Showtime at the Apollo, where he showcased his talents and impressed the crowd with his rendition of Smokey Robinson's classic hit, "Cruisin'". Although he didn't take home the top prize, Aaron's performance was met with applause and admiration from the audience.
Today, Aaron Parrish resides in Los Angeles, California, where he is a working actor, continuing to pursue his passion for performing and entertaining audiences across the country.
