Abraham Isaac Quintanilla III, professionally known as A. B. Quintanilla III or A. B. Quintanilla, is an American multi-talented individual, born on December 13, 1963, who has made a significant impact in the music industry as a record producer, songwriter, and musician.

As the older brother of the renowned singer Selena, affectionately known as "The Queen of Tejano music," A. B. was an integral part of the family music group Los Dinos, which he joined in 1980 alongside his sister Suzette and their father Abraham.

Within Los Dinos, A. B. showcased his versatility by playing bass guitar, producing, and writing songs for Selena, many of which became chart-topping singles, including "Como la Flor," "Amor Prohibido," and "No Me Queda Más." These successful collaborations not only cemented Selena's status as a Tejano music icon but also solidified A. B.'s reputation as a talented music producer and songwriter.

Following Selena's tragic passing, A. B. went on to form two new bands, Kumbia Kings and Kumbia All Starz, further demonstrating his ability to adapt and thrive in the ever-changing music landscape.
