Adam Preskill is a multifaceted creative professional, occupying roles as a documentary filmmaker, editor, and writer based in the vibrant city of Venice, California.
As the co-founder and President of the esteemed film and video production company Venice the Menace, Adam has been instrumental in overseeing the entire production process, from conception to distribution and marketing, for a diverse range of content, including feature films, advertisements, and web videos, since 2007.
Prior to his successful career in the entertainment industry, Adam spent five years honing his journalistic skills as both a staff and freelance journalist across the United States and Latin America, crafting engaging stories for prominent publications such as Aspen magazine, The Miami Herald, and Gotham magazine.
Originally hailing from San Diego, Adam graduated Cum Laude from Harvard University in 1999, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and American Literature and Language.
Adam's first feature film, a documentary co-directed with Scott Braman, titled "Surfing With The Enemy," which explores the world of surfers in Cuba, was released in July 2010.
