Biography

Adam, a native of the San Francisco Bay Area, has spent most of his life immersed in the performing arts, driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence, a passion for learning, and a multifaceted talent that knows no bounds.

From the tender age of 12, Adam's early theatrical training began under the guidance of private coach Lucille Gordon from New York. His high school years saw him land a part in every school play he auditioned for, culminating in a student-directed production of the school's Spring play as a junior.

As a theater major in college, Adam was immersed in a variety of productions, including summer stock at the University-run Fallon House Theater in California's Mother Lode Country. During his first year in college, he also gained exposure to film acting, serving as a background actor and stand-in for Bruce Davison in "The Strawberry Statement" and as a background actor in "R.P.M." with Anthony Quinn and Ann-Margret, both MGM productions.

In addition to his work in the performing arts, Adam is also a skilled conference interpreter, earning praise from legendary interpreters at the United Nations, Ted Fagan and Nicholas Glebov, as well as from the organizers of two high-level NATO conferences.

Adam's musical talents extend to the oboe and English horn, and he has had the opportunity to play with several fine community orchestras. He has also conducted a South Bay symphony in an evening of waltzes presented by a well-known Bay Area Waltzing Society.

In 2006, Adam founded the Bay Area's newest professional opera company, Trinity Lyric Opera, which he ran for three years, presenting critically-acclaimed opera productions. While living in France for several years, he appeared in and directed plays in French, and danced in the role of Siegfried as a principal dancer in Swan Lake Act II, and was featured as the Burgermeister in a gala national dance academy competition, presenting the full-length ballet "Coppelia."

As a deeply spiritual person, Adam's faith is a foundational element in his life, enabling him to cultivate a daily walk with the Lord and to find comfort and purpose in His Providence in both good and challenging times.

Adam's film acting training at Film Acting Bay Area in Emeryville, California, has equipped him with the skills needed to excel in all aspects of acting for film. He has had the opportunity to study with recognized coaches, including Hester Schell, FABA Faculty Member and founder of Bay Area Casting News, and continues to hone his craft to stay sharp for audition opportunities.
