As a precocious five-year-old, she embarked on her inaugural foray into musical composition, penning a jingle that showcased her nascent talent for crafting melodies that would resonate with audiences of all ages.

Later on in the year 2007, Barber took the opportunity to further refine her skills by enrolling in a Media Production course at Weston College, where she gained a thorough and all-encompassing grasp of the production process from start to finish. This educational foundation provided her with a profound and deep-seated understanding of the technical aspects of filmmaking, encompassing a wide range of roles, including but not limited to writer, editor, and director.
