Albert Joseph "Al" Schottelkotte, a renowned American news anchor and reporter, embarked on a distinguished 27-year career at Cincinnati's WCPO-TV, gradually ascending the executive hierarchy at WCPO and subsequently the Scripps Howard Foundation, until his passing on December 25, 1996.
