Born in Riga, Latvia, she was introduced to the discipline of ballet at a young age, which ultimately led her to the United States to further hone her craft.

Throughout her career, Alina has demonstrated her versatility by appearing in a wide range of television shows, including Shameless, Full Frontal with Samantha Bee, Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior, and Worst Cooks in America. She has also had the opportunity to tread the boards of various theaters, performing in productions such as Hercules Furens, Lysistrata Unbound, Ajax in Iraq, Nosferatu: Symphony in Terror, and Superhero and His Charming Wife.
In addition to her work in front of the camera, Alina has also showcased her talents as a singer, having provided backup vocals for Gnarls Barkley at the Grammys and contributed to George Clinton's album. Her experience in motion capture has also allowed her to bring beloved characters to life, including those in Care Bears, Strawberry Shortcake, Mariah Carey's "All I Want for Christmas", and Quantum Ray.
