Alison Helene Becker, a talented individual, was born in Allamuchy, New Jersey. She accomplished a remarkable feat by graduating from high school at the tender age of 16, and subsequently, she enrolled at Georgetown University. Her fascination with grammar and literature led her to pursue a degree in English, which she earned cum laude.
After completing her studies, Alison ventured into the world of performing arts, focusing on writing, sketch comedies, and developing a diverse range of original characters and personalities. She honed her craft by performing in various venues throughout New York City, where she relocated after graduation.
As a regular player in the Upright Citizens Brigade, a renowned theatre improv comedy group, Alison has taken the stage in numerous productions, including Hopscoth: A New York Sex Comedy, Caroline's on Broadway, and several other comedy clubs. Her impressive résumé also boasts stints in the commercial world, featuring campaigns for prominent brands such as Subway, Mastercard, and Hershey.
In addition to her work in television, Alison has appeared in a few independent films, including the critically acclaimed "Four Dead Batteries." Over the past two years, she has expanded her portfolio by hosting the shows "AV Squad" and "Comedy Academy" on the National Lampoon Network, as well as serving as a cast member on MTV's hidden camera show "Boiling Points."
