Almila Bagriacik, a talented actress born in 1990 in Ankara, Turkey, and raised in Berlin, Germany, made her acting debut in the award-winning drama film "Die Fremde" (When We Leave) in 2009. Since then, she has appeared in numerous TV and film productions, showcasing her impressive range and versatility as an actress.
Bagriacik's breakthrough role came in 2015 with the feature film "Hördur", for which she received a nomination for Best Actress from the German Film Critics Association. Her portrayal of Semiya Simsek in the 2016 mini-series "Mitten in Deutschland: NSU" (NSU: German History X) earned her widespread recognition, including the Best Young Actor award at the 2017 German Screen Actors Awards (DSP) and a nomination for Best Actress in a Mini-Series category.
