Aly's academic journey began at Royal High School, where she laid the foundation for her future success. Her alma mater, Yale University, played host to her higher education, culminating in her graduation with honors.
Born and raised in Simi Valley, California, Aly's formative years were shaped by the laid-back West Coast lifestyle. However, her fascination with entomophagy, the practice of eating insects, would eventually become a defining aspect of her persona.
In addition to her mainstream endeavors, Aly has also made a name for herself as a bug connoisseur. Her passion project, Bugible, serves as a platform for her to share recipes, cooking techniques, and experiences with edible insects. For the adventurous types, Aly also hosts insect-based culinary events through her Eat Bugs Events initiative.
