Alysia Livingston is a radiant and fervent actress who revels in the art of play-acting, her passion for playtime having been unequivocally validated through her receipt of the esteemed Baker Duncan scholarship, conferred upon her in recognition of her exceptional talent in drama at Trinity University. During her inaugural semester, Livingston secured the coveted role of Juliet in Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, an experience that served as a turning point, ultimately solidifying her purpose to impart the gift of story to the world through the shared experience of narrative.
Subsequently, Livingston was extended an invitation to pursue her studies at the prestigious NYU: Tisch School of the Arts. Following periods of time spent in both New York and Los Angeles, she decided to establish a permanent residence in L.A.
Livingston's remarkable talent has garnered recognition from leading industry casting directors and established actors, including Tracy "Twinkie" Byrd, Karen Horne, Omari Hardwicke, Naturi Naughton, and Erica Hubbard. She was one of only three women selected as a finalist out of over 2,500 submissions for the NBC Star Project and is a winner of the Monologue competition at the Hollywood Black Film Festival.
Livingston has launched Go Storyteller, an online fundraising campaign in support of the Young Storytellers Foundation, with the mission of creating a better world through story and providing opportunities to at-risk youth.
Remaining committed to her craft, Alysia continues her studies, dedicated to honing her skills and further developing her art.
