Alyssa Sutherland shines as "Princess Aslaug" on History's breakout historical drama series, Vikings, which premiered in 2013. Born in Brisbane, Australia, Alyssa began her career as a model at the tender age of 15, with her first Vogue Australia cover soon following. She then made the move to New York, where she continued to model and appeared in numerous high-profile campaigns for brands such as Calvin Klein, Coco Chanel, Ralph Lauren, and Bulgari. Alyssa has had the privilege of being photographed by some of the world's most renowned photographers, including Herb Ritts, Steven Miesel, Bruce Weber, and Ellen Von Unwerth.
