Amanda Clayton is a renowned American actress, particularly recognized for her captivating portrayal of Cathy Ryan on the acclaimed Showtime series, CITY ON A HILL.
Born in Johnston, Rhode Island, Clayton's passion for the performing arts led her to pursue higher education. She earned a degree from the University of Rhode Island and subsequently relocated to New York City to attend the esteemed New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts in 2005.
Clayton's film career began in 2006 with a supporting role in the independent film December Ends. Her breakthrough came in 2012 when she secured the role of Sarah Carter in the Disney adventure film John Carter.
