From a young age, this individual spent their early years in North Africa, but their formative years were shaped by their education at the International School in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, where they developed a strong foundation for their future endeavors.
As a young adult, this person became an active and integral part of the vibrant Cambridge University drama scene, where they honed their craft and made a name for themselves. It was during this time that they were approached by a talent scout while playing the iconic role of Cleopatra in an open-air production at the age of 19. However, they demonstrated remarkable discipline and dedication by turning down the offer to focus on completing their degree.
Their decision to prioritize their education would later serve as a wise and pivotal moment in their career. Two months out of the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA),they were offered a role in the Royal Shakespeare Company's (RSC) touring production of "Midnights Children", but they chose to decline the opportunity to avoid being pigeonholed and to maintain their creative freedom.
In addition to their work in the theatre, this individual is also a producer of their own theatre company, Cheeky Maggot Theatre, and has published their poetry with Arrival Press and Pyramid Press, further showcasing their versatility and artistic range.
