Her outstanding performance in Tracy Letts' "Bug" earned her an ensemble Obie award, a prestigious recognition that opened doors to new opportunities. Her stage work in Los Angeles ultimately led to her being cast as "Mrs. Samsky" in the Coen brothers' Academy Award-nominated film, A Serious Man (2009).
