Ana Golja was born on January 31st, 1996, in the vibrant city of Toronto, Canada. Her journey in the world of performing arts began at the tender age of five, when she first discovered her passion for dance. As she grew older, her love for performing only intensified, and she started acting at the age of nine.
Ana's breakthrough role came when she landed the part of Lucy in the television series "1-800 Missing". From there, she went on to play a diverse range of characters in various film and television productions for numerous networks. Her most notable role to date is perhaps her portrayal of Zoe Rivas in the Emmy-nominated drama "Degrassi", which aired on TeenNick and Netflix worldwide.
Ana's work in "Full Out", an inspirational sports drama, earned her a Canadian Screen Award nomination in 2016. She has also had the privilege of working alongside some of the most esteemed professionals in the industry, including Oscar winners and nominees. Her latest project, "The Cuban", sees her taking on the role of both producer and lead actress, starring alongside Lou Gossett Jr and Shohreh Aghdashloo.

She has been involved with various charities, including Free The Children, and has spoken at numerous We Days across North America. In 2017, she traveled to Nicaragua and Ecuador with the "Degrassi" cast to help build schools and water filtration systems.
