Andrea Bogart, a talented actress and trained dancer, hails from Missouri and has received the prestigious "Outstanding Young Alumni" award from Missouri State University in 2011.
As a small-town girl at heart, Bogart has had the opportunity to travel extensively for work, visiting distant locations such as Japan and Fiji.
Bogart's early career in dance led her to appear in films like The Master of Disguise (2002) and popular TV shows like Grounded for Life (2001),Nikki, and various national commercials.
After transitioning from a professional dancer to a working actress, Bogart appeared in Steven Soderbergh's feature Side Effects (2013),alongside Jude Law and Rooney Mara, and in the comedies Back in the Day (2014),The Secret Lives of Dorks (2013),and Bar Starz (2008).
She has also recurred on the successful web series Zac and Mia (2017) and Showtime's hit series Ray Donovan (2013). Throughout her career, Bogart has made guest appearances on top TV shows, including Lucifer (2016),The Odd Couple (2015),NCIS (2003),Castle (2009),Rizzoli & Isles (2010),The Mentalist (2008),Two and a Half Men (2003),Nip/Tuck (2003),Ghost Whisperer (2005),and many others.
One of her most notable roles was portraying Abby Haver in over 100 episodes of the Emmy award-winning series General Hospital (1963),capturing the hearts of many in the process.
Bogart has also made a name for herself on the stage, playing a dancer-choreographer in Lanford Wilson's Burn This and winning acclaim for her performance in the play A Postcard from L.A, described as "delightful...equal parts sultry siren and irritating vixen" by Backstage.
With an impressive list of credits, Bogart has appeared in numerous nationally run commercials, including ads for Honda, Direct TV, Coors Light, AT&T, Cadillac, Electrolux, Taco Bell, Pantene, Nike, Bud Light, Old Navy, and Gap, to name a few.
She has also appeared in music videos for artists like Smash Mouth, 98 Degrees, Moby, and Marc Anthony, and has shot global ad campaigns for United Airlines, Chase Credit Card, Crystal Cruises, and Botox for Migraines.
Outside of her acting career, Bogart is a proud member of the 501(c)3 non-profit organization "The New Hollywood," which supports socially conscious storytellers and change makers. She is also a certified yoga instructor, leading classes, events, and private sessions, and has an uplifting lifestyle blog titled Inspirational Addict.
