In the year 1998, a significant event occurred when Lundstedt co-founded a renowned pop group, Alcazar, which would go on to achieve an impressive European breakthrough with their iconic hit single, "Crying at the Discoteque". This monumental success was only the beginning, as the group continued to release a plethora of hit singles, including the unforgettable "This is The World We Live In" in the year 2004.
Following a two-year hiatus, Alcazar reunited in the year 2007, with a new and dynamic lineup consisting of the talented Tess Merkel, the charismatic Lina Hedlund, and the visionary Lundstedt.
