Andreas Pliatsikas, a talented individual, embarked on a journey to the United States from his native Greece at the tender age of 21, driven by a passion for the performing arts, specifically theater and film.
His impressive résumé boasts a wide range of stage productions in New York City, including Adonis Memories, where he took on the role of The Poet, The Gates, in which he portrayed Victor Montalvo, Suppliants, where he played Adrastus, Caligula, in which he brought Gaetelicus to life, A Death Well Died, where he played Jean Chevalier, and Lilies or The Revival Of A Romantic Drama, where he starred as Bishop Jean Bilodeau.
In addition to his stage work, Andreas has also appeared in numerous productions at the esteemed Metropolitan Opera. His television and film credits are equally impressive, featuring notable roles in The Christmas Lottery, where he played Gustavo Castillo, The Food That Built America, where he portrayed Rene Arend, and My Silence My Grave, where he played Alejandro Castellanos.
Andreas's upcoming projects include the comedy features Bed-Ridden, in which he will play Dr. Hart, Trumpacolypse, where he will take on the role of Sammy The Janitor, the Amazon series Privateers, in which he will play Emir, and the animated series Lunaris, where he will voice Professor Keadas.
Throughout his artistic journey, Andreas has honed his craft through his studies at the National Shakespeare Conservatory (NSC),the American Musical & Dramatic Academy (AMDA),and the HB Studio (HBS). He has also had the privilege of refining his skills under the guidance of private acting coach Amy Weinstein.
