Andreas has always been driven by his passion for the entertainment industry, with acting serving as the catalyst that sparked his interests in writing and producing. Following high school, he relocated to California to pursue his dreams, enrolling at the Stella Adler Academy and the University of Southern California's School of Cinematic Arts. During his time at the Stella Adler Academy, he was cast in numerous short films, commercials, and even landed a role on MTV's sketch/improv comedy show, Call To Greatness, which continues to air internationally.
To promote the show, Andreas made appearances on various television programs, including The Jimmy Kimmel Show, MTV's Total Request Live (TRL),Cold Pizza, and The Best Damn Sports Show Period. His experience on Call To Greatness led to a recurring role on Steve Carell's TBS show, Angie Tribeca, as well as a role in Andrew Niccols' feature film, In Time, starring Justin Timberlake, Amanda Seyfried, and Olivia Wilde.
Andreas has continued to act in and produce several short and independent films, web series, and national commercials. As a producer, he recently created the web series, Husband & Wife, a humorous take on 1950s sitcoms that explores the ups and downs of a dysfunctional married couple. The series can be viewed on YouTube.
In addition to his work on Husband & Wife, Andreas produced the short film, Signal Lost, which stars Sean Young and Tony Dennison and has screened at various film festivals across the country. He has also served as a producer for Sony Pictures, creating promotional videos for the studio's production, postproduction, and development facilities.
Andreas is particularly proud of his own short film, Hollywood's Heart, a 12-minute film shot on 35mm film in just two and a half days. The film has screened at several prestigious film festivals, including the Hollywood Film Festival, The Rome International Film Festival, The Vine Film Festival, and The LA Short Film Festival, and even won The European Independent Film Festival.
Andreas has also made a name for himself as a writer and has pitched reality treatments to various networks, including MTV, FOX, Spike, VH1, Moving Pictures DPI, and Newline Cinema. His feature screenplay, Murder Made Easy, was a finalist in the Writers on the Storm and the Script Shark screenwriting competitions and is currently in preproduction with Michael Madsen attached.
When he's not working on his entertainment endeavors, Andreas is an Eagle Scout, standup comedian, and multiple world record holder. Some of his most notable records include: most jump roping in a minute, fastest five-man buttboarding relay, furthest jump on a sandboard over flames, most jumps on a pogo stick in ten minutes, and furthest potato gun launch, among others.
Andreas currently resides in Los Angeles and continues to act, write, and produce, always seeking new opportunities to showcase his talents.
