Biography

Andrei Gromyko was a renowned Soviet diplomat and statesman who held various prominent positions from 1957 to 1985 and 1985 to 1988. He was a Doctor of Economics, graduating in 1956, and went on to serve as the USSR's Ambassador to the United States in 1944.
