Andrei Zertsalov came into existence on the eighth day of April, nineteen hundred and fifty-one, in the city of Leningrad, which was then a part of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic, within the vast territory of the Soviet Union, but is now known as St. Petersburg, a prominent metropolis in the Russian Federation.

As a multifaceted individual, Andrei Zertsalov has distinguished himself as a producer and a production manager, leaving an indelible mark on the film industry through his involvement in the creation of various cinematic masterpieces.
