Angelica Panganiban, a remarkable individual, was born on November 4, 1986, in Payatas, Quezon City, a city rich in history and culture. Panganiban's educational journey began at St. Vincent School in Teacher's Village, Quezon City, where she completed elementary school in 1999. She then continued her studies at the same school's Main campus along West Avenue, graduating from high school in 2003. During her high school years, she was an outstanding student, earning the titles of Junior-Senior Prom Princess in 2002 and Miss Junior and Senior Prom in 2003. Her academic excellence was complemented by her extracurricular activities, including being a cheerleader and a Feature Editor in their school newspaper.
After completing high school, Panganiban pursued higher education at Thames International Business School, where she majored in Mass Communication.
