Born in the vibrant city of Hong Kong, Tsang Sze-Man, affectionately known as Angie Tsang, embarked on a remarkable journey as a martial artist, commencing her exploration of lion dancing at the tender age of eight.
As she delved deeper into the world of martial arts, Angie began training in the dynamic and acrobatic art of wushu, eventually becoming a national competitor in the sport.
At the mere age of 13, Angie's talent and dedication caught the attention of renowned director Yuen Woo-Ping, who hired her to play the legendary Chinese folk hero Wong Fei-Hung in the film Iron Monkey, opposite the talented Donnie Yen and Yu Rong-Guang.
Angie continued to excel in the world of wushu, competing at the highest levels, and in 2003, she began a new chapter in her life by joining the Hong Kong police force, a career path she had always been drawn to since her childhood.
Throughout her tenure as a police officer, Angie remained committed to her passion for wushu, competing in various tournaments and earning a Gold Medal at the prestigious Doha competition in 2006, as well as a Silver Medal at the same event.
In her personal life, Angie married Sidney Chan and on May 11, 2008, the couple celebrated the birth of their beautiful daughter, Winsome, on Mother's Day that year.
Today, Angie continues to serve with distinction as a police officer for the Hong Kong police force, combining her dedication to her work with her enduring passion for wushu.
