Elected as Miss Italy in 1995, she embarked on a prolific acting career, appearing in numerous television movies and series that garnered her a substantial fan base. Some of her notable television credits include "Commesse", "Per amore", "Papa Giovanni", and many others. Her international projects also showcased her talent, with roles in productions such as "Augustum" alongside Peter O'Toole and Charlotte Rampling, in which she portrayed Cleopatra, the iconic Egyptian queen, and the German television series "Aeon".
However, it is her three most significant roles that truly stand out. Firstly, she played the unlucky Iranian princess Soraya in the biopic about her life, "Soraya" (2003),which earned her widespread recognition. Secondly, she portrayed the charming mistress Margherita in "Cuore", a performance that earned her the prestigious "Grolla d'oro" award. Lastly, she delivered a powerful performance as the intense Claudia Castelli in "Le stagioni del cuore", alongside Alessandro Gassman.
Despite not having a remarkable film career, she did appear in "Sottovento!" (2001),a boat movie that unfortunately failed to generate significant revenue. However, in 2006/7, after making a cameo appearance in the biopic "Callas and Onassis", in which she portrayed Jackie Onassis, she went on to star in three movies: "Solo Metro", "Miss Take-una commedia nera", and particularly "Carnera", a film based on the life of the renowned boxer Primo Carnera.
