Anthony's childhood aspirations were to become a skilled soccer player, yet he soon came to realize that his abilities didn't quite meet the mark, leading him to explore alternative career paths.
For a period of ten months, he found himself teaching at a local school, an experience that ultimately proved to be a valuable learning opportunity, even if it wasn't his true calling.
As time went on, Anthony transitioned to a career in retail, spending several years working in a shoe store, where he honed his customer service skills and gained valuable experience in the world of commerce.
Later, Anthony made the bold decision to relocate to New York City, where he immersed himself in the city's vibrant arts scene, taking on various roles to make ends meet, including work as a bartender and a sprinkler system installer.
These humble beginnings ultimately served as a means to an end, as Anthony's ultimate goal was to secure the funds necessary to pursue his true passion: acting.
By 1988, Anthony had finally made his way onto the New York stage, where his talents were soon discovered by a casting director, who would go on to cast him in the iconic role of Simon Moon in the popular television series Frasier.
