Antonia Gentry was born in Atlanta, Georgia and briefly relocated to Augusta, Georgia to attend Davidson Fine Arts for middle and high school. Her first foray into the world of performance was an original play written by her mother Sandra, a talented poet and artist. As a student at a fine-arts school, Antonia's passion for performing only grew stronger, and by the time she was a high school senior, she had already competed in numerous plays at the regional, state, and national levels.
Upon returning to Atlanta, Antonia enrolled in the prestigious Emory University, where she went on to acquire a significant number of commercial credits and substantial Netflix credits before graduating with the Class of 2019. Additionally, she was an active leader in Emory's Rathskellar Comedy Improv troupe and had the opportunity to perform alongside professional actors from Atlanta's Equity theater in productions such as Romeo and Juliet, in which she played the iconic role of Juliet, as well as The Tempest and other notable plays.
Two films that have had a profound impact on Antonia's life are Pan's Labrynth and The Pianist, and she is excited to embark on a fulfilling career in the years following her graduation from university.
Outside of acting, Antonia enjoys playing the piano, singing, showering her beloved pet cat Buttersworth with affection, and learning new languages.
