Asante Tracey, a talented individual with a rich background in the performing arts, hails from a small town in Alberta, where his passion for performance and storytelling was first kindled. His educational journey in Motion Picture Arts at Red Deer College laid the foundation for his future endeavors.
Now a resident of Toronto for over a decade, Asante has had the privilege of being involved in a wide range of television, film, theatre, and educational projects. His impressive credits include appearances in popular shows such as Titans, as well as films like Cooking Up Love, The Devil's Tail, Stargate, Taken, and Mouthpiece. He has also had the opportunity to perform in several stage productions, including the world premiere of one of Tennessee Williams' lost works, The Big Game, and the Fringe premiere of Grey.
Asante's impressive resume is not limited to his acting career. He is also a graduate of the prestigious Teacher Education program at York University, where he majored in history and drama. He is a proud member of the Toronto District School Board and has recently embarked on a professorship in the Acting Program at Seneca College, one of the top 20 colleges in Canada.
As a dedicated and passionate educator, storyteller, and global activist, Asante is excited to share his future endeavors with the world. He aspires to one day share his passions with people all over the globe, teaching and acting on every continent.
