Aurora Browne is a renowned Canadian comedian, actress, and improv artist, known for her unique blend of sunny charm and dark, twisted humor. Browne's journey in comedy began on a whim, when she signed up for an improv course with a friend. She was quickly recruited by the Urban Myth sketch troupe and began performing regularly in Toronto's thriving comedy scene. Her solo work soon gained attention, leading to her being hired by The Second City Mainstage in 2000.
During her three-year tenure with The Second City, Browne continued to be in high demand, performing regularly in various improv shows, including Monkey Toast, The Neutrino Project, Catch 23, The Girrlz Show, and many more. She has also guest-starred in numerous comedy shows, such as The Chick and Cubby Comedy Hour, The March of Dames, The Eclectic Circus, and The Jack Miller Show.
