Tejinder "Babbu" Maan is a multifaceted Indian artist, distinguished by his remarkable versatility and impressive range of creative pursuits, which include singing, songwriting, acting, and film production, showcasing his unwavering dedication to his craft and unrelenting passion for artistic expression.

Maan's remarkable music career started to take shape with the release of his debut album, Sajjan Rumaal De Geya, back in 1997, which laid the foundation for his future musical endeavors. However, he didn't stop there, and instead, he revisited and reworked many of the songs from his initial album, incorporating them into his subsequent releases.

Fast forward to 1999, Maan officially launched his music career with the release of his debut album, Tu Meri Miss India, which marked a significant turning point in his journey as a musician.

Babbu Maan's remarkable musical journey continued to unfold in the year 2001, as he released his third album, Saaun Di Jhadi, which showcased an impressive array of popular tracks that captivated the hearts of music enthusiasts worldwide. The album boasted an eclectic mix of iconic songs, including the mesmerizing "Chan Chanani", the enchanting "Raat Guzarlayi", the melodious "Dil Ta Pagal Hai", the romantic "Ishq", the energetic "Kabza", and the soothing "Touch Wood". This critically acclaimed album was a testament to Babbu Maan's versatility and creativity as a musician.

In the following year, 2003, Babbu Maan further solidified his position in the music industry by lending his voice to the film soundtrack Hawayein, where he had the privilege of collaborating with some of the most renowned Indian playback singers, including the illustrious Sukhwinder Singh and the talented Jaspinder Narula.

Maan's subsequent albums, Ohi Chann Ohi Rataan, released in the year 2004, and Pyaas, which hit the music scene in 2005, unequivocally solidified his position as a leading Punjabi singer-songwriter of his time.

The latter, specifically, Pyaas, turned out to be a best-selling album of its era, which further cemented his reputation in the music industry, earning him widespread recognition and respect from fans and critics alike.

With these two albums, Maan's career trajectory reached new heights, as his unique voice and songwriting skills captivated the hearts of music lovers across the globe, firmly establishing him as a prominent figure in the Punjabi music landscape.

Maan made his foray into the Hindi music landscape in the year 2007 with the launch of his inaugural Hindi album, aptly titled Mera Gham. This marked the beginning of a new chapter in his illustrious music career. Two years later, in 2009, Maan released his first religious album, a thought-provoking and introspective collection of songs titled Singh Better Than King.

Maan, a renowned Punjabi singer, made a triumphant comeback to the music scene after an eight-year hiatus with the release of his album "Talaash: In Search Of Soul" on July 4, 2013.
