Bailey's big break came when Carrie Ann Inaba, judge on the popular television show Dancing with the Stars, cast him in a lead role for an independent film that she not only directed but also produced. This initial role marked the beginning of a successful career, with Bailey going on to appear in over twenty films, working alongside some of the most talented individuals in the industry.
His impressive list of co-stars includes Larry David, Jason Segel, Michael Rapaport, Charlie McDowell, and Marisa Tomei, among many others. Bailey's talent did not go unnoticed, as he was nominated for a Young Artist Award for his supporting role in the film Good Time Max.
