Benjamin A. Rider's life journey commenced in the vibrant city of Harare, Zimbabwe, where he drew his very first breaths. As a tender three-year-old, he embarked on a new and exciting adventure, relocating to South Africa for a year, where he no doubt absorbed the rich cultural heritage of the Rainbow Nation. However, this was only the beginning of his peripatetic childhood, as his family's travels continued, and he soon found himself in Israel, where he spent the majority of his formative years. As he grew and matured, his family's odyssey continued, ultimately leading him to settle in the iconic city of London, England. It was during his time at the esteemed Queen Mary University of London that Benjamin Rider's creative talents began to flourish, culminating in the production of his first professional short film, Aquarius' Mule, in the year 2013.
Benjamin embarked on an even more ambitious project during the subsequent summer, taking on the challenge of filming a micro-budget feature film, aptly titled To Love Somebody, in the year 2014. What's more, he simultaneously worked on editing the film as he pursued his Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Film Studies, marking the inception of an impressive and illustrious career in the film industry. This milestone project would be the first of many notable works, as Benjamin went on to complete a total of seven micro-budget feature films, each one showcasing his remarkable talent and dedication to his craft.
