Biography

Bianca Biasi, a renowned Australian producer, director, writer, actress, author, and LGBTIQ and equality rights activist, has spent over 30 years in the television and film industry. Her career began as an actress in iconic Australian television series, including Home and Away, All Saints, White Collar Blue, Above The Law, and Breakers.

Her most recent work, The Space Between Documentary series, has garnered numerous awards. Bianca has also worked on American productions, such as television series Beastmaster and telemovie The Junction Boys.

In 2006, she made her feature film debut in Burke & Wills, which received international recognition after being selected for the Tribeca Film Festival. Bianca has also appeared in over a dozen television commercials for household corporate brands.

Recently, she has expanded her industry experience, working as an associate talent agent and later transitioning into a creative role. As the cofounder of Morning Starr Productions, established in 2009, she has produced all of its projects, often taking on the roles of writer and director.

As of January 1, 2014, Biasi's studio had four films in post-production, inspired by two of Sydney's most haunted locations. The production crew and actors reported experiencing strange occurrences during filming, leaving Bianca "seriously freaked out".

She also founded The Actors Hub in 2009, providing guidance and advice to aspiring actors. Biasi aims to share her own experiences and insights gained from working with established actors, including Don Hany, Alin Sumarwata, and Chris Hemsworth.
