Pamela Bianca Ramos Manalo is a multifaceted Filipino individual who has made a name for herself in the entertainment industry as an actress and beauty pageant titleholder.
Her crowning achievement came when she was declared the winner of Binibining Pilipinas Universe 2009, earning the right to represent the Philippines at the prestigious Miss Universe 2009 pageant, although she did not place.
Manalo's television career took off in October 2010 when she was cast in the ABS-CBN series Juanita Banana, playing the lead role until the show's conclusion in February 2011.
In February 2012, she made history by becoming the first Asian woman to be appointed as an endorser by L'Oreal Matrix.
Manalo's ancestry is a unique blend of American and Filipino bloodlines. She is the sister of Katherine Anne Manalo, who was a Top 10 Finalist at Miss World 2002, and Nichole Marie Manalo, who placed third as a runner-up at Binibining Pilipinas 2016/Miss Globe 2016. Additionally, she is the niece of Nini Ramos, who was a Top 15 Semi-Finalist at Miss International 1968.

In 2018, Manalo began a romantic relationship with Senator Win Gatchalian.
