Bill Bonanno, a prominent figure in the entertainment industry, embarked on a new chapter in his career in 1993 when he joined Tucson-based Arneda Ltd. as the vice president of creative affairs. In this role, he was responsible for procuring and developing literary and dramatic properties for television and theatrical movies. His inaugural producing credit was as executive producer on the Showtime television miniseries "Bonanno: A Godfather's Story" in 1999.
In addition to his work in the entertainment industry, Bonanno is also a published author. He penned a personal memoir titled "Bound By Honor", offering a glimpse into his life and experiences. Furthermore, on January 6, 2005, his first novel, written in collaboration with Joe Pistone, was released by Warner Books.
Born in New York, Bonanno relocated to Tucson, Arizona, where he spent his formative years. Today, he resides in Tucson with his wife, Rosalie Bonanno.
