Bill, a talented individual, earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Theater Arts from Towson University. He is a founding member of the esteemed American Theatre of Harlem and played a pivotal role in establishing the ActNow Foundation. Furthermore, Bill is a dedicated Teaching Artist in the New York City school system. His impressive resume boasts appearances on popular television shows such as Saturday Night Live, Nurse Jackie, Bored to Death, and Mercy. Additionally, he has performed in numerous Off-Broadway productions, including Succession, Caligula Maximus, Bus Stop, Streamers, A Street Car Named Desire, Bitter Apples, Paco's Tacos, Bye Bye Birdie, Godspell, You're a Good Man Charlie Brown, and The Colored Museum, which he performed in twice. Recently, Bill took on the role of director for the plays The Colored Museum, Cyber Sex, 21 Hot 1 Minute Monologues, and The Tramaine Experience. His work in independent films includes upcoming short films "Prequel", "419", and "Recoil". Moreover, Bill serves as the executive director of Uptown Productions.
