Bita Sheibani's creative endeavors began at a remarkably young age. By the time she was just five years old, she was already mastering the piano, and by the age of six, she was designing clothes. As she grew older, her artistic talents continued to flourish, with her taking to the stage as a dancer by the age of eight, writing short stories by the age of nine, and performing as an actor by the time she was just ten years old.
Born in Iran, Bita's early life was marked by a series of moves, including a relocation to London when she was just three years old. By the time she was ten, she had already lived in Iran, London, and France, and as a result, she is fluent in multiple languages, including English, French, and Farsi, with a working knowledge of German. This exposure to different cultures has gifted her with an innate ability to pick up on various cultural nuances and emulate different accents.
Bita's academic pursuits took her to George Washington University, where she studied literature, and Pratt Institute, where she focused on music and design. During her time in school, she worked as a designer at the Brooklyn Academy of Music and independently as a photographer. She later continued her studies in visual storytelling and computer graphics at Pasadena Art Center College.
After spending four-and-a-half years working for Disney, including stints at Walt Disney Imagineering and ABC Television, Bita felt the urge to return to her roots in acting, leading her to leave the company. In 2008, she finally got the chance to pursue her childhood dream, making her US film acting debut as Leila in the film "The Stoning of Soraya M".
