Björn Casapietra

Björn Casapietra, the sole offspring of a renowned opera singer, Celestina Casapietra, and a distinguished conductor, Herbert Kegel, embarked on a journey of artistic expression, his birthplace being the picturesque city of Genoa, Italy. As a result, he possesses an Italian passport, which, despite growing up in East Berlin, afforded him the unique opportunity to travel extensively around the globe. Prior to pursuing his true passion for opera music, Björn established himself as an accomplished actor, appearing in numerous commercials and honing his craft. However, it was his long-held aspiration to create music that ultimately led him to release his debut album, simply titled "Björn Casapietra", in the year 2000, a milestone that marked the realization of one of his most cherished dreams.
