Blair Hayes, a renowned Director and Director of Photography, has made a lasting impact in the commercial industry with his striking visual style and exceptional performances. His impressive client roster boasts some of the world's most recognizable brands, including Pepsi, Federal Express, McDonald's, Budweiser, Chevrolet, Mercedes, American Express, Gatorade, KFC, Sony, Nintendo, and Verizon. His numerous awards and accolades include Clios, One Shows, Mobiuses, IBAs, and Addy's, and his work has been featured on prominent platforms such as Super Bowls, Grammys, and The Olympics.
Blair's success in the commercial world soon caught the attention of Hollywood, leading him to venture into film direction. In 2001, he made his feature film debut with the cult classic comedy "Bubble Boy" for Touchstone/Disney, starring Jake Gyllenhaal. He went on to direct the pilot episode of the series "Fearless" for Jerry Bruckheimer TV and the WB, and designed, shot, and directed the opening sequence for the Ben Affleck/Matt Damon-produced ABC series "Push, Nevada". Additionally, Blair served as the Visual Director for the series.
Since then, Blair has directed nine movies and pilots, including the 2016 film "Great Plains", which he also wrote, starring Tara Buck ("True Blood") and Beth Grant ("No Country for Old Men", "Rainman", "Donnie Darko"). He has also worked on the Hallmark Series "Mystery 101".
In his personal life, Blair is married to actress Boti Bliss, with whom he has a son.
