Robert Freville is a multifaceted creative individual, hailing from the vibrant city of New York, with a plethora of accomplishments under his belt. As a writer and director, he has contributed to a diverse range of esteemed publications, including Akashic Books, Creem, Kush, and Long Island Press.
Freville's foray into the world of filmmaking began with his enrollment in a Digital Filmmaking Class at the esteemed Cinema Arts Centre in Huntington, NY, where he collaborated with Glenn Andreiev on the film "Sharp & Sudden".
In 2004, he embarked on an ambitious project, co-producing "Of Bitches & Hounds" with Jake McGee, an avant-garde allegory that tackles the sensitive topic of domestic abuse. With a budget of $3,000, the film was shot and later premiered at Peabody's Rockstar, a Cleveland nightclub renowned for its industrial rock music.
