Robert Freville is a multifaceted creative individual, hailing from the vibrant city of New York, with a plethora of accomplishments under his belt. As a writer and director, he has contributed to a diverse range of esteemed publications, including Akashic Books, Creem, Kush, and Long Island Press.

Freville's foray into the world of filmmaking began with his enrollment in a Digital Filmmaking Class at the esteemed Cinema Arts Centre in Huntington, NY, where he collaborated with Glenn Andreiev on the film "Sharp & Sudden".

In 2004, he embarked on an ambitious project, co-producing "Of Bitches & Hounds" with Jake McGee, an avant-garde allegory that tackles the sensitive topic of domestic abuse. With a budget of $3,000, the film was shot and later premiered at Peabody's Rockstar, a Cleveland nightclub renowned for its industrial rock music. The short film gained a cult following after being showcased on Berkeley TV.

Throughout his career, Freville has had the privilege of working with esteemed entities such as Akashic Books, Troma Team Releasing, and Silber Records.
